The Marketing team hosts the storytellers of adjoe’s innovation. We turn complex adtech solutions – rooted in data and strategy – into compelling stories that resonate across the mobile advertising industry and beyond. Through our events, visual design, and strategic content, we take adjoe’s vision at the intersection of technology, user engagement, and marketing and make it tangible. All while building a community of forward-thinking industry leaders around our brand.

Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:

• Figma & Adobe Creative Suite Execution: You will transform product concepts, user flows, and technical adtech ideas into clear visual assets, custom templates, and sales enablement materials using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. We need an executor who translates briefs from senior designers into sharp deliverables that help our Sales team communicate complex solutions across the mobile advertising industry.

• Iterative Design & Feedback Integration: You will refine your work based on guidance from senior designers and feedback from cross-functional partners. We look for someone who articulates their creative decisions, embraces constructive critiques, and iterates quickly to elevate design quality while maintaining consistency across all adjoe brand touchpoints.

• Proactive Technical & Brand Curiosity: You will research competitor designs, industry trends, and design inspiration to bring fresh ideas to the team while deepening your understanding of adjoe’s products. We want a learner eager to expand their technical design knowledge and apply new concepts directly to building our visual brand identity.

• Transparent Communication & Execution: You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing, asking questions early to align on project goals, resolve blockers, and share designs internally. We need someone who communicates openly to keep cross-team initiatives moving smoothly and build internal brand awareness.

• Adaptable Workload & Deadline Management: You will manage multiple design requests simultaneously, balancing short-term sales requests with longer-term brand consistency efforts. We need someone organized and adaptable who can shift priorities seamlessly while consistently meeting project deadlines.
