You will join Akur8’s Corporate Development team and report to the Business Systems Manager. Akur8 is growing quickly, and our teams need processes, tools and data practices that can keep pace. The Corporate Development team works across the company to support this growth and help our teams work more effectively. As Business Systems Analyst, you will help shape the tools and processes. Your main focus will be Salesforce, alongside tools such as Gong, HubSpot and other applications in our internal stack.
You will work closely with business teams to understand how they work, identify where improvements can be made and turn their needs into practical technical solutions. Over time, you will take increasing ownership of the systems and processes you support.

Your goal is to help the sales and marketing teams optimize, innovate and make their ideas (and yours) possible, while keeping our application ecosystem coherent.
This will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:
Understanding team processes and requirements, identifying gaps and helping stakeholders define clearer ways of working.
Translating business needs into clear functional requirements and practical technical solutions.
Configuring and implementing new features, processes and tools, while developing your knowledge of relevant technologies.
Creating user documentation, training teams and supporting the adoption of new features and processes.
Answering questions, investigating issues and identifying opportunities for further improvements.
You will work closely with and receive guidance from the Business Systems Manager. This role offers the opportunity to develop from supporting business systems projects to taking ownership of key applications and processes across Akur8.
This role is based in our Paris office.
We’re looking for someone with a rigorous and curious mindset, and a proven ability to help teams improve and scale their ways of working.
EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
You have 1+ years of experience (including internships/apprenticeships) where you were involved in IT projects functionally and/or technically.
You graduated from a Master in engineering school, or management school with IT specialisation, or equivalent.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
You have a good understanding of data modelling, and are able (or willing to learn) to read and understand code logic.
Salesforce knowledge is welcomed, but what matters is that you understand the automation you build.
SOFT SKILLS
You are organized, thorough and able to think clearly through complex topics.
You listen carefully, synthesize information and turn detailed analysis into clear, actionable plans that you can help drive forward.
You communicate clearly with different stakeholders and can explain complex topics in a practical way.
You take ownership of your work and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both French & English and are happy working in a multicultural environment
