In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring the best and brightest minds across a range of disciplines. As we continue to push the boundaries of AI research and development, we need passionate sourcers and talent advisors who can help us build world-class teams dedicated to creating safe and beneficial AI systems.</p> <h2>Key responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates at volume</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills and qualifications</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies that balance priorities across all technical teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay up-to-date on sourcing best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, interview innovations, and workplace trends</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Minimum qualifications</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Have demonstrated success in filling engineering leadership and/or high level technical IC positions</p> </li> <li> <p>Are experienced in working on on high volume pipeline/evergreen roles</p> </li> <li> <p>Have proven skill and investment in taking an inclusive, equitable approach to hiring </p> </li> <li> <p>Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset and ability to operate with autonomy </p> </li> <li> <p>Are experimental and have implemented novel, creative, non-traditional pipeline building strategies in partnership with hiring leaders and recruiters </p> </li> <li> <p>Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities</p> </li> <li> <p>Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset and ability to operate with autonomy </p> </li> <li> <p>Have a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world and realistic assessment of its risks and limitations</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Preferred qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Have 5+ years of experience (including in-house) sourcing top technical talent, particularly for product engineering, infrastructure, and/or AL/ML teams </li> <li> <p>Have a proven track record of scaling and building diverse and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment</p> </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. </p> <p>For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.</p></div><div class="title">Annual Salary:</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$228,800</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$312,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>Logistics</strong></h2> <p><strong>Minimum education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience</p> <p><strong>Required field of study: </strong>A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience</p> <p><strong>Minimum years of experience: </strong>Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements fo
