Assistent.ai is the AI Suite for Guest Communication, purpose-built for hospitality teams. It answers and converts calls to reservations, orders or tasks – on live data, connected knowledge, and on brand.

We are looking for a Sales & Partner Manager for Spain and Portugal.

• Location: Remote in Germany, with regular travel to Spain and Portugal

• Start: As soon as possible

• Employment: Full-time, or part-time from 50% with a path to full-time

Tasks

Open Spain and Portugal. Win restaurants. Build partners.

You're our first person for Spain and Portugal. No team to hide behind, no playbook to follow. You write it.

You win restaurants: on the phone, on video calls and in person.

You win partners: reservation systems that make real-time automation possible, and distributors who already reach the restaurants we want.

You get restaurants on board, make sure they're up and running, and help them grow with Assistent.ai.

You are our customers' voice inside the company.

Requirements

• You have agency: you see what's missing and get things done.

• You win trust before you win deals.

• Clear communication is your leverage.

• You have 'skin in the game' – from a background in Hospitality Tech Sales or your own Front of House experience in a hotel, restaurant or café.

• We value hands-on work over diplomas. What matters: you're confident with numbers and understand how local businesses work.

• You speak Spanish at a native level.

• You are fluent in Portuguese and English, German would be a big plus.

• We build technology and work with it daily, so we need you to pick up new tools fast.
