About the Venture

AI is being built into more products every month, and every interaction consumes tokens. As usage grows, the costs add up quickly. The first race was adoption. The next one is efficiency, because inference costs increasingly decide what companies can afford to build and ship. We are building the efficiency layer for production AI. Our systems make AI dramatically leaner, cutting token usage and lowering the cost of every interaction without giving up the quality standards that matter. We work with enterprise software companies, and we want to become a core part of the global AI ecosystem.

About the Role

You will work directly with our founder and CEO on whatever matters most that week. A lot of it is commercial: working out who needs us, getting into conversations with them, understanding what they run and what it costs them. The rest is everything else that needs doing when a company is this young. We closed our pre-seed in 3 weeks and are now preparing our first customer pilots, so there is a lot of ground to cover and very few people to cover it. This is a rare seat for someone early in their career / you will see how a company gets built and you will build a good part of it yourself.

What you'll do

• Work alongside the founder on the priorities that matter most, which will change as we grow.

• Research the market and help us work out who our best customers are and why.

• Build target lists, write outreach and get conversations started with technology and software companies in DACH.

• Join customer conversations, take notes that matter and turn what you hear into sharper positioning.

• Learn how customers run their AI workloads, what those workloads cost and the quality standards they need.

• Set up the tools, CRM and processes we need to keep track of customers as the volume grows.

• Use AI throughout your own work so a team of our size can cover far more ground.

• Prepare materials for customers, investors and partners.

• Pick up the unglamorous groundwork nobody else has got to yet.

About You

We are looking for someone early in their career who learns quickly and takes on more than the title suggests. You will not have done most of this before, and that is fine. What matters is that you are curious about customers, comfortable without much structure, and inclined to work out the answer yourself before asking for it.

• You have spent some time in a startup, a venture fund, consulting or a commercial role, whether through a job, an internship or something you built yourself.

• You enjoy talking to people you have not met before and can hold your own with commercial and technical audiences alike.

• You write clearly and can turn messy input into something structured.

• You are comfortable with software and already use AI tools well in your own work.

• You are interested in AI infrastructure, developer tools or enterprise software, and can pick up a technical product quickly.

• You create structure from ambiguity and stay practical about what it takes to get results.

• Fluent English is required. Fluent German is a strong advantage.

This is a full-time role based in our Berlin office 5 days a week, with a start date as soon as possible.
