Our Procurement & Commercial practice are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager to join the team.

Our Procurement and Commercial team partner with leading public and private sector organisations to solve complex procurement and commercial challenges - spanning strategy, transformation, digital procurement, and sustainable value delivery. Our work cuts across sectors including energy, utilities, government, and products & services.

What you will be doing

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact procurement and commercial programmes, working closely with senior clients to drive tangible, lasting outcomes.

Depending on your level, you will:

  • Lead or deliver complex procurement and transformation programmes, with clear links to broader business strategy and performance
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients, acting as a credible and valued advisor
  • Develop high-quality, insight-led deliverables that help clients make better and faster decisions
  • Work within cross-functional teams to bring together expertise from across Baringa, ensuring the best outcomes for clients
  • Apply digital and data-led approaches, including advanced analytics and procurement technologies, to enhance delivery and impact
  • Support and contribute to business development activities—identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and strengthening key client relationships
  • Play an active role in developing our propositions, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategy
