You will take responsibility for all elements of the local fleet of e-scooters and e-bikes, ensuring they are charged, safe, and positioned correctly to meet the community's transportation needs.</p> <p>We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals or logistics businesses ready to hit the ground running. Whether you are a solo operator with a single van or a fleet owner capable of deploying multiple drivers, you can scale this partnership to fit your capacity.</p> <p>This is a revenue-share opportunity where earnings are directly tied results. Based on a fleet volume of approximately 125 vehicles daily, this role offers an earning potential of $800 per week, with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on your speed and performance.</p> <p><strong>Important Details About the Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This is an independent contractor position, not an employee role.</li> <li>You are responsible for your own tools, equipment, and any associated expenses required to complete your work.</li> <li>As an independent contractor, you manage your own schedule and workload to meet the operational needs of the market.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Fleet Transportation: </strong>Utilize your vehicle(s) or fleet to collect, deploy, relocate, and retrieve e-scooters and e-bikes across Memphis daily.</li> <li><strong>Fleet Maintenance</strong>: Ensure timely repair and general maintenance of e-scooters and e-bikes to uphold brand standards and ensure rider safety</li> <li><strong>Operational Management: </strong>Manage the end-to-end operation of your assigned portfolio, ensuring vehicles are available in high-demand areas.</li> <li><strong>Field Execution: </strong>Problem-solve in real-time to overcome obstacles, prioritize tasks, and navigate local geography efficiently.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Must Haves</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Vehicle Access (Required): </strong>Must own or have consistent access to at least one large vehicle (van/truck) suitable for transporting multiple scooters/bikes. Fleet owners with multiple vehicles/drivers are encouraged to apply.</li> <li><strong>Storage Space: </strong>Access to a garage, warehouse, or commercial facility with electricity is highly preferred for maximizing earnings (allows for overnight charging).</li> <li><strong>License: </strong>Valid Class 5 Driver's License (or applicable commercial license) with a clean driving record for all operating drivers.</li> <li><strong>Physical Ability: </strong>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly; must be able to stoop, bend, walk, and stand for long periods while handling heavy equipment.</li> <li><strong>Availability: </strong>Flexible schedule with a willingness to regularly operate on weekends.</li> <li><strong>Tech-Savvy: </strong>Comfortable learning new mobile tools to locate and ma
