Account Executive (m/f/d) at Bliq

At Bliq, we are building and launching driverless vehicles for everyday life and business operations across Europe.

We are looking for a Account Executive to help bring them to customers.

You will acquire business and individual customers across European markets and own the commercial process end-to-end: identify and engage prospects, run discovery, demonstrate the product in person, design the right commercial and operating model for each customer, build proposals, negotiate, and close.

Our customers can look very different. One week, you may be discussing a fleet deployment with a taxi or car-sharing company. The next, you may be showing the vehicle to a real-estate company, law firm, mobility operator, or prospective individual customer.

This is not a role where you inherit a mature market, established category, and optimized sales playbook. Driverless technology is only getting started in Europe. You will need to understand unfamiliar customer problems quickly, figure out how Bliq can solve them, and help us discover how this technology should be sold.

You will work closely with the Commercial Lead and founders to refine Bliq’s sales playbook market by market.

• Own the sales cycle from first conversation through signed contract

• Build pipeline through targeted outbound and proactive prospecting across European markets

• Run sharp discovery conversations that uncover customer operations, economics, pain points, and decision criteria

• Conduct live Bliq vehicle demos and turn the experience into a compelling commercial conversation

• Develop deployment concepts together with prospects, including use case, fleet size, operating model, responsibilities, economics, and rollout plan

• Create proposals, commercial models, LOIs, and contracts together with the relevant internal teams

• Navigate complex buying processes involving operators, management teams, fleet owners, partners, and other stakeholders

• Build relationships with customers across mobility, taxi, car sharing, rental, real estate, professional services, and other relevant sectors

• Own defined markets and be accountable for commercial progress within them

• Keep CRM data, pipeline, next steps, and forecasts accurate

• Test new segments, messages, channels, and commercial models and turn what works into repeatable processes

• Work closely with the Customer Deployment team to make sure signed customers can actually be deployed successfully

• Represent Bliq at customer meetings, industry events, demos, and market visits across Europe

• Support B2C sales initiatives when they become part of the GTM strategy

• Bring customer feedback directly into Bliq’s product, operations, and commercial decisions

Apply if this describes you:

• You have at least 2 years of Account Executive or comparable full-cycle sales experience

• You are a hunter and enjoy creating opportunities rather than waiting for inbound demand

• You learn quickly and can become credible on a complex technical product without hiding behind technical jargon

• You are excellent face-to-face and comfortable walking into an important customer meeting, running the room, and demonstrating a physical product

• You are customer-first and care about finding solutions that make customers satisfied

• You have strong commercial judgment and understand how to turn customer needs into a viable deal

• You write clearly and can produce concise, convincing emails, proposals, and commercial documents

• You are highly organized and detail-oriented; pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, and commitments do not get lost

• You have CRM experience and understand disciplined sales processes

• Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar is a plus

• You know how to use AI to research, prepare, analyze, and move faster while keeping the thinking and customer judgment your own

• You have a figure-it-out mindset and remain effective when there is no existing template for the problem

• You are comfortable owning a market or commercial project and being measured by the outcome

• You can work professionally in German and English; additional European languages are a plus

• You are based in Berlin

• You are willing to travel regularly across Europe

• Experience selling hardware, mobility, automotive, physical technology, or other operationally complex products is a strong plus

This role will probably not suit you if you want an established sales process, a narrowly defined territory, a predictable product demo, or a manager telling you exactly what to do next.

It will suit you if you want to help create a category, sell something people can experience in the real world, and build the commercial machine while running it.
