Outbound SDR — Technology Advisory (Self-Employed, Remote) at CTO Samurai

We're looking for a self-employed outbound SDR to book qualified discovery calls with UK & Ireland-based tech decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Engineering, founders). This is a one-month paid competitive trial — you'll run alongside one other SDR candidate, 100% commission, no cap. The stronger performer at the end of the month is offered an ongoing contract on a monthly retainer + commission.

What you'll do

• Source and outreach 60–75 targeted touches per day (LinkedIn, email, fundraising boards, company/SIC-code lists)
• Qualify and book calls into our closer's calendar
• Work closely with our Promoter/closer — you own lead quality, they own conversion, and you'll both be measured on the same downstream numbers

Trial compensation

• £20 per qualified call booked
• £250 per paid Audit that call converts into
• No retainer, no cap — strong performers can significantly outearn a typical SDR salary in month one

Ongoing contract (for the trial winner)

• £1,000/month retainer + £10 per qualified call + £125 per paid Audit
• Ongoing commission on every high-ticket Agentic Transformation package sold from your pipeline
• Worth £24,000–£32,000 a year OTE at target (around £30,000 with one Transformation sale a month)

Tools you'll need to be comfortable with

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Apollo (or equivalent outbound/prospecting platform)
• CRM/pipeline tracking tools for logging activity and call outcomes
• Email outreach/sequencing tools

Who we're looking for

• Proven outbound/cold-outreach experience — you can show a track record of booked meetings, not just activity
• Comfortable selling into technical buyers even without a deep tech background (we'll equip you with the pitch)
• Self-starter who can hit daily touch volume without heavy oversight
• Based in Poland, the Philippines, or South Africa (fully remote), working as an independent contractor: you invoice us monthly and handle your own local taxes
