About the role
(Hybrid)
This is a role at the heart of our fast-paced, high-volume PR team, helping keep our communications flying in formation across 23 markets worldwide. You’ll be the central point connecting plans, people, budgets, agencies and operations — making sure our global PR machine runs smoothly, efficiently and at scale.
Working closely with our Senior Director of Communications, regional PR leads, internal teams and global agency partners, you’ll help turn our international PR strategy into coordinated action. From shaping global initiatives to sharpening the way we plan, measure and operate, you’ll bring the structure that helps brilliant PR ideas travel further.
What you’ll be doing
Driving global PR planning: You’ll lead the planning process with our global PR agency hub, partnering with the Senior Director of Communications to keep forecasting, budgets, resources and priorities aligned.
Turning measurement into momentum: You’ll work closely with our measurement lead to make sure reporting is accurate, useful and connected to the strategies and decisions that matter.
Optimising our PR ecosystem: You’ll partner with Procurement and Finance to make sure we have the right suppliers, commercial setup and financial tracking in place to support growth — without the spreadsheet drama.
Keeping priorities moving: You’ll traffic-manage inbound requests, help the team navigate competing priorities and make sure resources are focused where they can have the greatest impact.
Leading global PR initiatives: You’ll spearhead strategic PR initiatives and special projects beyond our core campaigns, while supporting the delivery of our Awareness strategy and Big Bet activity through PR.
Making operations smarter: You’ll lead and collaborate on cross-functional improvements spanning tools and technology, including Tableau, ThoughtSpot, AI and our Product Ops model — finding smarter ways for a global team to work at scale.
Creating consistency across markets: You’ll partner with market leads, our global agency hub and Corporate and B2B PR teams to develop playbooks, strengthen processes and drive consistent adoption and delivery across 23 markets. You’ll also manage and develop our PR Coordinator, keeping calendars, finance trackers and reporting firmly on course.
About you
Global PR operator: You’ve worked in complex, international communications environments and know how to turn lots of moving parts into one joined-up plan.
Strategic and operational: You’re equally comfortable shaping a global PR initiative and getting into the detail needed to make it happen. Big picture, meet beautifully organised spreadsheet.
Stakeholder savvy: You build trusted relationships across senior leaders, market teams, agencies and cross-functional partners, bringing people together around shared priorities.
Agency confident: You know how to get the best from global agency relationships, balancing clear direction, strong partnership and accountability for delivery.
Commercially switched-on: You’re comfortable working with budgets, forecasting, suppliers, Procurement and Finance, and you understand how strong operational foundations help teams achieve more.
Tech and data curious: You’re interested in how measurement, dashboards, AI and smarter tools can improve PR operations, reporting and decision-making at scale.
Calm in the whirlwind: You thrive in fast-paced environments, can prioritise when everything feels important, and enjoy helping teams work more effectively. You’re also comfortable managing and developing others along the way.
