ennovationHUB is a growing international e-commerce group in the home & living sector, with furniture at the heart of our business. From our hubs in Belgrade, Barcelona, and London, we reach customers across the UK, North America, the EU, and APAC.

With a target of €160m+ in annual revenue by 2027, we are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to join us as soon as possible and lead Google Ads performance for one of our portfolio brands. You will have direct accountability for growing revenue, improving advertising efficiency, and delivering profitable results.

About the opportunity

You will join a multi-brand international e-commerce business with significant advertising budgets and campaigns spanning multiple markets. This gives you the opportunity to work at scale and see how your decisions influence revenue and profitability.

Google Ads is already an important contributor to our growth. We are looking for someone who enjoys the complexity of international e-commerce, is confident working with large datasets, and can identify opportunities that lead to measurable improvements.

Through analysis, testing, and hands-on optimisation, you will help strengthen an established channel and support its continued growth. You will work closely with our Head of Performance Marketing, creative team, and data specialists to ensure campaigns deliver results today and scale efficiently over time.

What you will be responsible for:

• Take full ownership of Google Ads results for one e-commerce brand across international markets

• Manage and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign types

• Track and improve key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability

• Deliver growth and efficiency improvements within your assigned portfolio

• Identify opportunities across product ranges, categories, markets, and audience segments

• Translate campaign analysis into practical recommendations and actions

• Audit accounts and implement ongoing performance improvements

• Collaborate with developers and analytics teams to ensure dependable tracking and measurement

• Partner with creative and content teams to improve ad effectiveness and landing page performance

• Support budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting

• Keep up with platform changes, AI-driven advertising features, and industry best practices

• Contribute to structured testing and experimentation that improves long-term account performance

This role is open only to candidates with in-house e-commerce experience. Applicants whose primary Google Ads experience comes from agencies, consultancies, or freelance work will not be considered.

We are seeking someone who has been directly responsible for performance within an e-commerce company, with success measured through revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and long-term growth.

You should understand the commercial context behind campaign performance and be comfortable owning both the decisions and the execution needed to deliver results.

What you will bring:

• At least 2 years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management experience

• Proven experience managing Google Ads for an e-commerce business, with direct responsibility for performance and profitability

• Strong experience across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max

• A background working within an in-house e-commerce team

• Confidence analysing large datasets and identifying actionable opportunities

• A strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center

• Strong analytical ability and careful attention to detail

• Fluent written and spoken English

• The ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset

• Confidence working independently, making decisions, and taking ownership

• A willingness to adopt AI and automation as we expand their use throughout the business

• Availability to join immediately or as soon as possible

International collaboration and travel:

Our wider team operates across London, Belgrade, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Oxfordshire, Istanbul, and Guangzhou. We are continuing to invest in our team presence as the business expands.

You will be expected to travel approximately every 4-8 weeks to Belgrade, Barcelona, London, or other team locations. These visits bring colleagues together for planning sessions, workshops, team gatherings, and strategic discussions.

Although most work is carried out remotely, we value spending time together in person to collaborate and plan as the company scales.
