About the Role As a Staff Product Manager , you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the strategy for building new connectors using AI and manage a portfolio of connectors that drive growth of Fivetran This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. What You’ll Do <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive the roadmap for the future of Fivetran’s API connector development by leveraging AI.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage the product roadmap &amp; backlog for the Lite connector portfolio by balancing new connector development, and adding new features to existing connectors.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Perform in-depth data analysis and customer research to identify areas of opportunity for improvements</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with &amp; lead cross-functional teams across various functions to execute the product roadmap</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Establish and oversee the tracking of various product health metrics, ensuring that the connectors remain well-aligned with customer requirements &amp; Fivetran’s product principles.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Evangelize the success of your initiatives both internally and externally</li> </ul> <sp
