At Fortisana, we believe muscle is an overlooked foundation of independence: the strength to keep doing tomorrow what matters to you today. Our mission is to bring muscle maintenance into everyday conversation, across generations.

Our first product is a science-based, all-in-one daily drink built around essential amino acids, creatine, a vegan collagen-building complex and electrolytes. Light and refreshing, it makes a daily nutrition routine easy to stick with. The formula was developed with longevity researcher David Church.

Behind Fortisana are Leon, Piran and Max. Together, we combine the experience of founding KoRo (>240m revenue) and 25 yeas of experience in the supplement history from Leon's family business. We’re bringing that experience to a brand built around strength, independence and quality of life.

You’ll work directly with Leon, one of Fortisana’s founders and a nutritionist who grew up in the supplement industry. His personal content brings together nutrition, sport and the experience of building a company.

Role description

You own the development and day-to-day production of Leon’s personal social channels. Your job is to turn his knowledge, experiences and point of view into content that feels recognisably his and gives people a reason to keep watching.

You are his creative partner: finding the story in a conversation, asking the follow-up question and spotting moments worth capturing. You take content from idea to finished edit and publication, with regular access to Leon for conversations and filming.

You're full of determination to hone content creation as a newer craft and start with a 100% internship or you're deeper into the game and work part-time or freelance (minimum 50%).

What you’ll do

• Develop the channel direction, content pillars, recurring formats and publishing calendar with Leon.

• Interview him regularly to uncover stories, opinions, lessons and explanations grounded in his own experience.

• Write hooks, scripts and captions that preserve his voice and work naturally on camera.

• Plan and film direct-to-camera videos, interviews and behind-the-scenes content; accompany him at selected relevant activities and events.

• Edit finished short-form videos, including audio, subtitles and supporting visuals, and adapt material for the agreed platforms.

• Publish content, engage with the audience and use questions and performance data to improve future pieces.

• Coordinate specialist freelancers when needed and work with Leon and relevant reviewers to keep factual statements accurate.

What you bring

• A portfolio of compelling social videos, ideally including personality-led content, interviews or a channel you have helped grow.

• Strong interviewing and storytelling instincts: you can help someone express a clear, interesting point of view.

• Confident filming and editing skills, including practical knowledge of lighting and sound.

• Strong short-form writing and an ability to capture someone else’s voice.

• The judgment to make health and nutrition topics accessible without overstating the evidence.

• Initiative, organisation and comfort working closely with a founder, both on set and in everyday situations.

• Fluent in English, with particularly strong writing skills. German is a plus.

• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Zurich or Berlin, with regular in-person filming with Leon.

• Experience in health, nutrition, sport or entrepreneurship is a plus. Experience handling sensitive or unpublished material thoughtfully is valuable.

• Shape a voice people want to follow. You’ll have the creative freedom to develop original formats, ask better questions and turn Leon’s knowledge and experiences into compelling stories. Your work will shape his personal brand as Fortisana pursues its ambition to become a major consumer brand.

• Develop quickly through real creative work. Build your interviewing, writing, filming and editing skills through regular production and close feedback. You’ll create a portfolio that shows both your craft and your ability to bring someone’s personality to life.
