Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IFAs and MFDs to promote Groww Mutual Fund offerings.
- Achieve assigned sales and AUM targets through consistent partner engagement and field activity.
- Conduct regular product training sessions and provide marketing support to partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential distributors in the region.
- Provide ongoing service, support, and updates on product changes or new launches.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during interactions and sales activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in mutual fund distribution or sales, especially in the IFA/MFD ecosystem.
- Good understanding of mutual fund products and the distribution channel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
