Lead - Global Partnerships and Fundraising at INCO GROUP

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Partnerships and Fundraising Lead to join our team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Partnerships you will drive the expansion of INCO’s funding pipeline and high-value strategic relationships on a global scale. Your key responsibilities will include leading multi-market partnership strategies, securing major philanthropic and corporate grants, negotiating complex funding deals, and cultivating high-level donor relationships across our key global markets.

Responsibilities:

• Global Strategy & Business Development: Lead the global growth strategy to identify and secure high-value funding opportunities from major corporations, philanthropic foundations, and institutional donors.

• Lead Generation & Deal Closure: Map out, engage, and pitch to global decision-makers, driving complex multi-year funding partnerships from initial outreach to contract execution.

• Proposal Redaction & Co-Creation: Oversee the drafting of high-impact, persuasive funding proposals, ensuring they align with donor priorities, meet submission guidelines, and clearly articulate INCO’s mission and scalable impact.

• Budget & Project Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams to construct transparent, realistic project budgets aligned with large-scale programmatic goals.

• Strategic Partnership Management: Build and manage C-level relationships with global corporate partners, funding networks, and international institutions to foster long-term collaboration.

• 7+ years of experience in high-level fundraising, corporate partnership development, or sales within an international organization, social enterprise, or global NGO.

• Proven track record of successfully securing large-scale (6 and 7-figure) funding for complex, multi-country projects.

• Strong network and established relationships with global donors, tech corporate foundations, and philanthropic ecosystems.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and pitch-deck creation skills, with the ability to translate complex social impact frameworks into compelling narratives.

• Client-first mindset with executive-level interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to thrive in an agile, cross-cultural, and international team environment.

• Native-level English is essential; proficiency in another major language is a strong asset.
