(Senior) Design Engineer (m/f/d) at isaraerospace

<p><strong>Mission Brief </strong></p> <p>As a (Senior) Design Engineer within the system integration team, you will find yourself at the heart of product development related efforts across Isar Aerospace. You will be responsible for fluids related hardware design and development, from its early conception, to its qualification and integration into the final product. Additionally, you will oversee integration of various systems and components into the global launch vehicle, while ensuring their functionality. Furthermore, you will work closely with a passionate team, as well as the rest of highly motivated colleagues across other teams/departments. You will play a crucial role in getting our orbital launch vehicle designed and built.  </p> <p>Your Role in Our Space Mission: </p> <ul> <li>Fluid hardware focused design and development: High pressure & cryogenic pipes, manifolds, fluid fittings, fluid storages, and their support structures </li> <li>Fluid hardware qualification: Test plan definition and documentation / test execution oversight </li> <li>Implementation and maintenance of engineering change requests.  </li> <li>Integration of designs into global assemblies  </li> <li>Product requirement & verification definition efforts  </li> <li>Preparation of detailed product development road maps and maintenance of their timelines  </li> <li>Preparation of design reviews, risk assessments, trade-off studies, etc.  </li> <li>Communication with the affected stakeholders (e.g. production, assembly, other engineering departments) to ensure efficient development of products  </li> <li>Interface management  </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification Checklist </strong></p> <ul> <li>Min. bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or similar </li> <li>2+ years of experience in hardware design and development  </li> <li>Proficiency with design engineering tools such as NX, TeamCenter, Solidworks or similar  </li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and product data management (PDM)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559740":360}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Strong knowledge in various manufacturing methods (e.g. milling, turning, metal sheet, composite or additive manufacturing)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335557856":16777215,"335559740":360}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Experience with standards (e.g. DIN, EN, ISO, AN/AS, LN)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335557856":16777215,"335559740":360}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559740":360}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559740":360}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Resilient, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559740":360}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Highly organized and
