Join the Membership & MyAccount Squad

Reporting to the Membership Group Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Membership & MyAccount Product Team across our 3 front platforms: Responsive Web, iOS, and Android.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team alongside a dedicated Engineering Manager, Software Engineers (Web, iOS, Android), Product Designers, Data Analysts, and Product Marketing Managers (PMM), while partnering closely with central sports teams and local Country Loyalty leaders.

• Product Vision: Empowering enduring customer relationships through a frictionless, rewarding, and deeply personalized omnichannel membership journey.

• The Mission: Transition our membership product from a historical "Run" maintenance state into a high-tempo value delivery engine. You will drive identified omnichannel transactions, member lifetime value, and profile enrichment.

Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define Vision & Roadmap: Own and drive the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmap for Membership and MyAccount across Web, iOS, and Android.

• Accelerate Transformation: Drive the operational shift from run-mode maintenance to a high-velocity feature delivery model, turning the membership space into a core business growth lever.

• "Build vs. Buy" Leadership

• Strategic Alignment: Bridge central business objectives with local country requirements, establishing a unified global membership experience while accommodating local market nuances.

Discovery & Experimentation

• Continuous Discovery: Uncover high-impact member friction points through quantitative analytics, regular user interviews, usability testing, and benchmark studies.

• UX/UI Simplification: Partner with Design and Research to streamline complex account features, rewards catalogs, and loyalty point visibility into intuitive, engaging cross-platform interfaces.

• Experimentation Framework: Establish continuous A/B testing and multivariate testing processes to validate hypotheses on member engagement, opt-in mechanics, and reward redemption.

Delivery & Technical Alignment

• Agile Product Delivery: Steer sprint cycles and backlog prioritization in tight synergy with the Engineering Lead, Mobile Engineers, and Web Developers.

• Backlog Execution: Write precise Epics, User Stories, and robust acceptance criteria; anticipate cross-squad dependencies and ensure smooth release management.

• Cross-Journey Integration: Collaborate with Core E-Commerce teams (Cart, Checkout, PDP) and In-Store Cashtill teams to seamlessly embed member identification, instant rewards, and profile perks across all purchasing journeys.

• Go-to-Market Orchestration: Synchronize feature releases with Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and local digital teams, orchestrating simultaneous rollouts across Web and App Stores (iOS / Android).

Data & Performance

• Define & Monitor KPIs: Own and steer North Star and operational metrics:

  • Adoption & Identification: Total Active Members, Profile Completion Rate (PCR), and Omnichannel Identified Transactions.

  • Loyalty Economics: Points Issued vs. Redeemed, Burn Rate, Member Lifetime Value (LTV), and Reward Engagement Rate.

• Data-Driven Arbitrations: Ground roadmap prioritization in rigorous analytics, sunsetting obsolete features and scaling initiatives with proven incremental business impact.

Product Mindset & Culture

• Excellence & Advocacy: Act as the global ambassador for membership and account experience standards across Decathlon's international tech and business communities.

• Collaborative Culture: Foster an autonomous, high-trust engineering culture grounded in psychological safety, shared accountability, and customer obsession.

Profile

• Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience leading consumer-facing (B2C) digital products, customer portals, account spaces, or loyalty ecosystems at scale.

• Multi-Platform Mastery: Proven track record in orchestrating feature delivery across both Responsive Web and Native Mobile Apps (iOS & Android), with solid understanding of mobile app release cycles and store guidelines.

• Domain & E-Commerce Acumen: Deep understanding of omnichannel e-commerce dynamics, conversion funnel optimization, customer retention mechanics, and loyalty economics.

• Product Methodology: Complete mastery of modern discovery and delivery frameworks (Dual-Track Agile, Scrum/Kanban, customer interview techniques, A/B testing, Build vs. Buy assessments).

• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder international matrix organizations (aligning global tech teams, central business units, and local country leaders).

• Analytical Mindset: Highly analytical and fluent in using analytics platforms to derive customer insights and back product decisions with hard data.

• Languages & Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with concise communication and synthesis skills; French is a plus.

• Passion: Excited by scalable customer-facing architecture, seamless digital-to-physical omnichannel journeys, and driven by a strong passion for sports !
