Working Student/Intern - Marketing (f/m/d) at Justdice

At justDice, we create mobile gaming experiences that reward players for their time and engagement. We move quickly, take ownership, and value people who bring ideas, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge how we do things. You’ll work with experienced teammates, solve meaningful problems, and have the freedom to make an impact from day one.

At justdice, we’re the European market leader in app discovery and mobile gaming. Reaching millions of users worldwide, we create, acquire, and scale tech products that keep people entertained. We operate with high autonomy, speed, and zero fluff. If you want a corporate environment with endless approval loops, this isn't it. If you want to take ownership, test bold ideas, and jumpstart your career in marketing, welcome home.

We’re looking for a high-energy Working Student or Intern (f/m/d) to support our marketing team across Organic Content, Performance Marketing, SEO, and Influencer Marketing.

Your Mission

• Organic & Social Growth: Create fresh, trend-aware content for our social platforms. You know what clicks on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and you might even feature in our own campaigns.

• Influencer & Campaign Marketing: Work with the team to manage communication with our influencer agencies; selecting top creators, approving content, evaluating campaign performance, and scaling the channel.

• App Store & SEO Operations: Assist the team with App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to make sure our products rank #1.

• Employer Branding: Partner with the team to shape our homepage messaging, craft engaging brand content, and bring our company culture to life.

• Performance Marketing: Help set up, track, and optimize paid ad campaigns, blending your creative instincts with sharp analytics.

Your Profile

• Fluent in English & German: Both languages are an absolute must-have (written and spoken).

• Social Media Native: You live and breathe current trends, memes, and platform formats. Having your own social media channel with a few thousand followers is a huge plus!

• First Experience: Prior experience from a marketing internship, working student role, or side hustle is a major advantage.

• Balanced Mindset: You are highly creative, yet analytical enough to look at data and understand what drives performance.

• Drive & Energy: Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership from Day 1.

• Location & Availability: Based in Hamburg or surrounding areas, available for 2.5 days per week (working student) or full-time (internship). Preferred working days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions

• Invest in Your Future: Regular feedback and our development program support your growth, helping you expand your skill set and achieve your career goals.

• Thrive Where You Work: Enjoy the Alster Lake view from our central office with top-notch equipment, fun open spaces, and a large variety of snacks and drinks.

• Join the Community! Participate in regular team and company events, including hackathons and social gatherings. We work together, and we celebrate together, too.

Ready to level up? Apply now and don't forget to include links to your social media profiles or portfolio!

At justDice, we value ownership, honesty, collaboration, and having fun while building something ambitious together.

We care about hiring great people, not perfect CVs. If this role sounds exciting, but you don’t meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you.
