About the role
We are looking for a highly hands-on Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own and continuously improve the systems, processes, data and automation powering our Go-to-Market organisation.
This is not a HubSpot administrator role. We are looking for someone who understands the business first: someone who can partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance, understand their challenges, challenge existing processes when needed, and translate business needs into scalable operational solutions.
HubSpot sits at the heart of our GTM ecosystem, and AI and automation are already embedded in our Revenue Operations architecture. You will take ownership of this environment and be responsible for continuously improving and scaling it.
Your main responsabilities:
- Revenue Operations: Design and improve processes across the customer lifecycle, from prospecting and opportunity management to expansion, renewal, downsell and churn. Support reliable pipeline management, forecasting and revenue visibility.
- HubSpot architecture: Own and evolve our HubSpot environment, including CRM architecture, objects, pipelines, data models, workflows, automation and reporting.
- AI agents & automation: Own and improve our existing ecosystem of AI agents and automated processes. Build new use cases where relevant and understand when to use AI versus deterministic automation.
- Integrations: Own how HubSpot connects with the broader GTM and business systems ecosystem, designing reliable data flows and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Data & reporting: Ensure our GTM data is reliable, scalable and well governed, supporting reporting across pipeline, retention, expansion and revenue.

Requirements
🏹 We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B Revenue Operations.
- Significant hands-on experience with HubSpot in a complex B2B environment.
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot architecture, workflows, automation, reporting and data models.
- Strong experience integrating HubSpot with other GTM and business systems, with a good understanding of APIs and webhooks.
- Hands-on experience building or operating AI agents and AI-powered business processes.
- Strong understanding of CRM data architecture, data quality and governance.
- Experience with pipeline management, forecasting and revenue reporting.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into simple, scalable solutions.
- A strong builder mindset: you are comfortable understanding the problem, designing the solution and implementing it yourself.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge requirements when there is a better way to solve the underlying business problem.
