Your Experience

• Tech Fundamentals: You bring a solid understanding of IT basics, including operating systems (macOS & Windows), hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking concepts.
• Mindset: You are highly organized, reliable, and approach problems with a structured and proactive attitude.
• People Skills: You actually enjoy working with people, not just machines. Clear, empathetic, and patient communication is natural to you.
• Bonus Points: Initial experience with modern IT administration tools, MDM solutions, or ticketing systems is a distinct plus.
• Languages: Fluent English skills are required; German is a major advantage since you will be supporting our local team.

• Home Office: Enjoy the flexibility of working from our office in Berlin and from home.
• Retirement: Secure your financial future with our attractive pension plan.
• Growth: We prioritize personal development through knowledge sharing and training opportunities (with the support from our HR Team and the Team Leads).
