Junior BA/Support at Octal Philippines Inc.

• Should have problem solving, decision making and analytical skills • Ability to configure, monitor, and manage ERP systems such as Order Management System is a plus • Ability to do user training • Ability to conduct quality assurance testing • Basic knowledge in MySQL or basic SQL scripting Requirements• Computer Science or any IT-related course • Minimum of 2-3 year experience • Should be able to directly interact with clients and different groups to understand system issues, system requirements, etc.
