We're in the middle of a major global expansion and hiring Enterprise Account Executives to lead it in each region. The product, customers and sales motion are proven. What's missing is the person who takes them into DACH.

What you'll do
Open DACH from Frankfurt or Munich: build pipeline, run complex enterprise cycles and close our first wave of local customers
Run multi-stakeholder new business deals across Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security and IT, from first meeting to signature
Shape how Omnea goes to market in DACH: messaging, target verticals, partners and events
Take what you hear from buyers straight to product and engineering, and see it shipped
Lay the foundations for the team that follows you
Who this is for
3 to 7 years in B2B SaaS sales, with a record of closing enterprise new business in DACH
Fluent German and English
Consistently at or near the top of the leaderboard
Comfortable building pipeline from zero, before there's a local team around you
At home in long, complex cycles and the stakeholders that come with them
Bonus: you've been an early hire, a founding rep or a founder before
Where this goes

This role is remote while we build our presence in DACH.
