You'll set the vision for the core inbox experience and manage a team of Product Managers. You'll work closely with engineering leadership, design, growth and marketing to turn that vision into a roadmap the team can execute against, and you'll represent Mail in company-wide product planning and tradeoffs.</p> <h3 class="Lexical__h3">What you will do</h3> <ul class="Lexical__ul Lexical__ul--depth-1"> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="1">Develop the Proton Mail product strategy to achieve business goals in terms of weekly users, revenues, ARR and P&L growth.</li> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="2">Drive the execution of the product roadmap from inception to launch, define product vision and strategy</li> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="3">Manage, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers, setting clear priorities, raising the bar on product craft, and building out the team as scope expands</li> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="4">Partner with engineering, marketing and growth teams to develop and launch major product initiatives</li> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="5">Represent Mail in company-wide planning, making the case for resourcing and negotiating tradeoffs against other Proton product lines</li> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="6">Define and own the product KPIs for Mail, and hold the team accountable for moving them</li> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="7">Work closely with design and user research to ground roadmap decisions in real user needs and behaviour</li> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="8">Communicate roadmap, progress, and rationale clearly to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders</li> </ul> <h3 class="Lexical__h3">Job requirements</h3> <ul class="Lexical__ul Lexical__ul--depth-1"> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="1">Proven experience owning a major product area end to end, ideally in consumer or productivity software at scale</li> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="2">Experience hiring, managing, coaching, and developing a team of Product Managers</li> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="3">Track record of setting product vision and roadmap and successfully bringing engineering, design, and other stakeholders along with you</li> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="4">Strong technical fluency, comfortable partnering with engineering leadership on architecture, sequencing, and implementation tradeoffs</li> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="5">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting to and influencing executive leadership</li> <li class="Lexical__listItem" value="6">A strong bias toward shipping and iterating, matching Proton's culture
