The opportunity.

What you’ll be doing

• Be a functional expert in Quantexa’s platform and products, developing a strong understanding of their capabilities and real-world applications.

• Develop a strong understanding of Public Sector practices, regulatory environments and customer challenges, and how Quantexa’s platform can address gaps, risks and business needs.

• Facilitate discovery sessions with customers and partners to uncover core business challenges, technical requirements and desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to design and iterate tailored solutions, ensuring the right approach is defined to address the customer’s needs.

• Understand key deployment options and enterprise-level decisions, and guide customers and internal teams towards the right solution for the problem.

• Be an integral part of the account team for selected Public Sector customers, helping to define and execute the account strategy to deliver sustained business value through the use of the Quantexa platform.

• Work closely with Product, Delivery and Strategic Partners to ensure alignment with customer goals, adherence to Blueprints, effective project scoping and successful value realisation through project and proving stages.

• Support the successful adoption and operationalisation of the Quantexa platform, ensuring customers are able to embed it effectively within their organisation.

• Own key executive relationships and ensure appropriate governance, engagement and communication are in place throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Support successful customer renewals and build the foundations for continued growth and expansion with Quantexa.

What you’ll bring.

• Customer Focus: Your dedication to understanding customer needs is paramount. You consistently focus on the core challenges at hand, balancing the broader picture with the detail required to deliver meaningful outcomes. You communicate confidently with senior business and technology stakeholders and are comfortable sharing your perspective. You are skilled at helping customers define a strategic roadmap that enables them to realise the value of their Quantexa solutions.

• Technology Expertise: You will have a strong understanding of data or specialise in one of our key solution domains within the Public Sector, such as data management, financial crime, fraud detection or customer intelligence. You will have experience supporting or delivering platform implementations, understand the challenges customers face, and bring credibility through proven technical and commercial outcomes.

• Relationship Management: You have experience working directly with clients and a proven ability to build and nurture trusted professional relationships. Customers should see you as a dependable primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of engaging effectively with stakeholders and simplifying complex concepts for a range of audiences.

• Consultative Approach: You have an analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, considering challenges from multiple perspectives. You are collaborative by nature and comfortable working alongside customers and internal teams to identify and implement effective solutions. Experience in a consulting environment would be valuable, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering measurable value.

• Teamwork & Collaboration: You are a strong team player who works effectively across Quantexa and with external partners and customers. Building strong relationships and collaborating across teams is fundamental to how we work, and you recognise that we are stronger when we work together.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in a commercially focused technical role, such as Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Sales or Value Consulting.

• Experience implementing, operating or working with data and technology platforms within the Public Sector.

• Proven experience defining and executing against a long-term vision, strategy and roadmap.

• Strong product and technology expertise, with the credibility to engage with customers on complex Public Sector challenges and use cases.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.

• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance as a minimum.
