The Role
Our Performance Marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join us in London.
This is a performance role for someone who lives at the intersection of creative, culture and data. You’ll work across all of ur markets and verticals, turning audience insight, platform trends and performance data into creative that drives measurable growth.
You’ll have real ownership. We want someone who can help us build a best-in-class creative testing engine: finding the insight, developing the hypothesis, shaping the concept, getting it produced, analysing what happened and making the next test better.
We’re not looking for someone to make ads prettier. We’re looking for someone obsessed with understanding why people stop, click and convert and who wants to test those ideas at speed.
You’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing and Creative teams, as well as creators and external partners. You’ll also be hands-on: comfortable briefing polished production when it matters, but equally happy picking up a phone or opening CapCut and getting a lo-fi prototype live when speed matters more.
Key Responsibilities
Own creative experimentation - build and run the creative testing roadmap across Meta, TikTok, Snap and emerging channels, taking ideas from hypothesis → brief → production → analysis → learning.
Obsess over the customer - mine reviews, Reddit, competitor activity, customer research and performance data to understand the problems, motivations and objections behind the click.
Turn insight into ideas - develop personas, hooks, angles and concepts across different stages of customer awareness, rather than endlessly iterating the same offer-led creative.
Build our UGC and lo-fi engine - source and brief creators, shoot or prototype content yourself, edit when required and help us dramatically increase the diversity and velocity of what we test.
Live in the platforms - understand what feels native to Meta, TikTok and Snap, monitor trends and competitors continuously, and turn relevant opportunities into testable concepts quickly.
Turn data back into creative - use metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CAC and win rate to understand why something worked, not simply whether it did.
Make our learning compound - maintain a clear testing and insights system, run creative retros and make sure successful patterns travel across channels, geographies and verticals.
Use AI aggressively and intelligently - apply generative AI, creative intelligence and production tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping and iteration without replacing the thinking behind the work.
Raise the creative capability of the whole team - bring outside thinking into Quantum, coach marketers on stronger creative briefs and work as the bridge between Performance Marketing and Creative.
About You
You’ve spent 2+ years in creative strategy, performance creative, paid social or a closely related growth role, ideally within DTC, affiliate, agency or another performance-led environment.
You understand paid social commercially. You know the difference between content that gets attention and creative that ultimately acquires customers profitably.
You’re hands-on with UGC and lo-fi production. You can find creators, write scripts, brief effectively and use tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar to get an idea into market yourself.
You’re genuinely plugged into social platforms, culture and creative trends. You notice formats, hooks and behaviours before somebody sends you a deck about them.
You’re analytically curious. You’re comfortable interrogating performance data and translating it into the next creative hypothesis.
You have strong creative and messaging instincts - able to take messy customer insight and distil it into one simple, compelling idea.
You naturally experiment. You’d rather test a good hypothesis this week than debate the perfect answer for a month.
You’re excited by AI and emerging creative technology and are constantly looking for ways to make yourself and the people around you faster and better.
Experience in iGaming, finance, subscription or another regulated/performance-led vertical is useful, but not essential.
And finally, no ego. We want someone curious, ambitious and collaborative who gets excited by finding out they were wrong almost as much as finding a winner.
