Growth Creative Designer, International at Ramp

Based in our London office, you'll own the creative that powers Ramp's international acquisition engine across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Direct Mail. You'll take the playbook we've built in the US and adapt it for the UK and EU — shaping how Ramp shows up across paid social, video, and display for international audiences. You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing team to turn ideas into ads that move metrics, while pushing the creative bar on what a finance brand can look and feel like abroad.

This is a temporary full-time role, based in London.

What You'll Do

• Design and animate paid creative end-to-end across static and motion formats, tailored for international markets.

• Create and localize ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels across the UK and EU.

• Adapt the US growth creative playbook for international audiences — and flag where local nuance means it needs to break, not just translate.

• Develop scalable design and motion systems that help the team move faster while maintaining a high creative bar.

• Concept hooks, headlines, visual treatments, and creative variants that earn attention and drive performance in-market.

• Partner closely with Performance Marketing, copywriters, and product marketers (largely US-based) to bring ideas to life across time zones.

• Iterate quickly based on performance data and contribute to international testing strategy.

• Build templates, automations, AI workflows, and creative systems that increase team velocity.

• Explore new tools, techniques, and AI-native workflows to expand what's possible inside our production pipeline.

• Help evolve how Ramp's brand shows up across international growth marketing.

What You Need

• 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion design, or creative production

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work

• Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid acquisition channels

• Strong taste and a clear point of view on what makes great advertising — with an eye for what resonates in UK/EU markets

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where speed and iteration matter

• Ability to use performance data and business outcomes as creative feedback

• Comfort collaborating with a primarily US-based team across time zones

• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects)

• Based in or able to work from the London office

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience building automations, templates, component systems, scripts, or internal creative tooling

• Fluency with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Claude Code, or similar

• Experience creating short-form video for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and paid social

• Experience creating or localizing creative for multiple international markets

• Experience in finance, fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies

• Familiarity with performance marketing and growth experimentation frameworks
