Reddit is a platform built on creativity, and our users are constantly finding new ways to make it their own. Tens of thousands of external developers are already building apps on Reddit, and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help shape the future of our developer platform. You’ll work across backend, platform, and full-stack systems to make it easier for developers to build useful, creative, and delightful apps on Reddit.

You’ll help define the technical direction of the platform, lead important initiatives, and build the foundation for new developer experiences. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and other teams to solve complex problems and turn ambitious ideas into real products.

If you enjoy building new things, working across technical boundaries, and making other developers more productive, we’d love to hear from you.
