As a Creative Operations Manager - Paid Social on Ro’s Brand team, you’ll help shape the future of healthcare by supporting the efficient management and delivery of creative projects across Ro’s Body/weightloss paid social channels for marketing and brand initiatives . You’ll play a key role in ensuring that projects move smoothly from concept to launch — partnering with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to keep workflows organized, timelines on track, and creative quality high. You will balance creative excellence with operational efficiency, supporting the Associate Director, Creative Operations and Creative Directors to help the team deliver impactful, brand-aligned work that drives Ro’s business goals. This role reports to the Associate Director, Creative Operations.
