Your responsibilities:
- Deliver features end-to-end in a cross-functional team, from ideation and design to implementation, rollout, and operations
- Work across the entire stack, from backend services to web frontend applications
- Use AI tools (e.g. Claude) responsibly and contribute to best practices within the team
- Ensure operational quality with a strong focus on performance, security, stability, scalability, and observability
- Contribute to architectural and design decisions together with the team
- Collaborate closely with other engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
- Follow and contribute to improving standards for testing, code quality, and CI/CD
- Build clean APIs, well-designed data models, and intuitive, high-performance frontend experiences
Your profile
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- Strong experience in backend development with PHP and/or Go, combined with hands-on experience in modern frontend development
- Ability and willingness to work across both backend (PHP/Go) and frontend technologies as part of a unified stack
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality
- Solid understanding of MySQL, relational data models, and API design
- Experience with AWS and containerized deployments; Kubernetes is a plus
- Good systems thinking across architectural and technological boundaries
- Independent, structured working style with strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English (required); German is a plus
