About the team

Stripe is expanding its Global Product Sales team to accelerate the adoption of Adaptive Pricing and Managed Payments across ANZ.

Adaptive Pricing helps businesses optimize local currency pricing and presentment, while Managed Payments enables businesses to sell digital products globally with Stripe managing tax, fraud, disputes, and transaction-related customer support.

Product Sales combines deep product knowledge, sales expertise, and a user-first approach to drive growth. The team also brings customer feedback and market intelligence into Stripe’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

What you’ll do

As an Account Executive for Adaptive Pricing and Managed Payments, you will drive adoption and revenue growth across ANZ. You will lead business and technical conversations with prospects and customers, progress complex deals, and help develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for both products.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and other GTM teams to solve customer needs, share market insights, and build repeatable sales playbooks. We are looking for an analytical self-starter who can operate effectively as these products continue to scale.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, product adoption, and new customer acquisition across ANZ using MEDDIIC
• Establish and maintain a consistent co-selling rhythm with Core sales teams and cross-functional partners to identify, progress, and close opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and lead complex customer discussions
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Adaptive Pricing, Managed Payments, and global payments
• Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, competitors, and the market
• Partner with Product and Engineering to inform Stripe’s product roadmap through customer feedback
• Build go-to-market strategies and playbooks with cross-functional partners
• Lead opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close
• Collaborate across Stripe to develop solutions that meet customer needs

Who you are

Minimum requirements

• 6+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology or payments company and a track record of top performance
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional business partners
• Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results
• Enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand complex technical and product-led requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders
• Proven experience to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
