About the team

Stripe’s Crypto Product Sales team is helping businesses move value into, out of, and across crypto ecosystems. We work with fintechs, platforms, marketplaces, and crypto-native companies to accept stablecoin payments, send funds globally, and make it easier for users to move between fiat and crypto. Our current focus spans stablecoin payins and payouts, Crypto Onramp, and other digital asset funding flows.

What you’ll do

As an Account Executive on the Crypto Product Sales team, you’ll grow adoption and revenue for Stripe’s crypto products and the financial infrastructure that powers them. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other GTM teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge, lead complex deals, and help build and execute our go-to-market strategy.

This is a high-autonomy sales role on a close-knit team. You can move comfortably between business, product, and technical conversations, build value in competitive situations, and bring structure to an evolving market. You’re equally effective with customers and internal partners, excited to develop deep expertise, and generous about sharing what you learn.

Responsibilities

• Own a revenue target and the end-to-end commercial motion for Stripe’s crypto products, from pipeline development and qualification through negotiation, close, and launch.
• Qualify customer business models, fund flows, target geographies, end-user journeys, and regulatory readiness.
• Develop a deep understanding of the competitive and partner landscape, and use it to sharpen Stripe’s positioning.
• Lead technically and commercially complex sales involving stablecoin acceptance, fiat-to-crypto conversion, digital asset funding flows, global payouts, platform money movement, and cross-border economics.
• Navigate stakeholders across internal Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams, as well as financial and technology partners, from early qualification through launch.
• Use early customer engagements to develop repeatable segmentation, qualification criteria, commercial models, and GTM playbooks.
• Bring structured market feedback to Product and Engineering as the product and market rapidly evolve.
• Bring curiosity, good judgment, and a sense of humor – we’re building the playbook as we go.

Who you are

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, fintech, crypto, payments, or financial infrastructure, with a track record of strong performance.
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional business partners.
• Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and build where there isn’t yet a playbook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions that address the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
• A collaborative teammate who is eager to learn, grow, and leave things nicer than they found them.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with stablecoins, crypto infrastructure, payment acceptance, global payouts, cross-border money movement, or embedded finance.
• Experience selling API-based products or navigating regulated, multi-party product launches.
• Familiarity with platforms, marketplaces, wallets, or global fintech business models.
