Working across models, runtime software, and hardware, you will help connect new models, models not yet running on Tenstorrent hardware, and research-stage workloads to stable, high-performance systems.</p> <h2>募集ポジションについて</h2> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">AI Models / System Bring-UpチームのSoftware Engineerとして、Tenstorrentのプラットフォーム上でAIモデルの移植、検証、最適化を担当していただきます。モデル、ランタイムソフトウェア、ハードウェアを横断して、新たなモデルや、まだTenstorrentのハードで動作していないモデル、研究段階のワークロードを安定した高性能システムへとつなげていくポジションです</p> <h2>Who You Are</h2> <ul> <li class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">You have hands-on experience with deep learning models in at least one major framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.</li> <li class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">You are strong in Python or C++, with a solid understanding of neural network architectures, training, and inference fundamentals.</li> <li class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">You are comfortable developing in Linux environments and can debug issues across software, runtime, and hardware layers.</li> <li class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">You are collaborative and curious, and hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.</li> <li class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">You have business-level Japanese and sufficient English proficiency to work effect
