As a Staff NPI Global Supply Planner, you will own end-to-end demand, materials, and production planning across our AI hardware product lines, including Blackhole, Galaxy, and future platforms. You will translate engineering release schedules, BOM structures, and production forecasts into executable supply and capacity plans with our contract manufacturers, while keeping planning data accurate and reliable across ERP and PLM systems.</p> <p>This role is<strong> </strong>hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.</p> <p>We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">A strategic, detail-oriented supply chain planner who can turn engineering and program ambiguity into clear, executable plans.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Experienced in NPI planning within semiconductor, AI hardware, or high-tech manufacturing environments.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Comfortable working across BOM structures, engineering change processes, ERP and PLM systems, and system-of-record data.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">A clear, collaborative communicator who can align engineering, operations, planning teams, and contract manufacturers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Need</strong></p> <ul> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Lead end-to-end materials and production planning across NPI ramps and steady-state builds, covering silicon, substrates, PCBAs, and mechanical and electrical components.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Develop rolling forecasts that translate engineering and program schedules into supply and capacity requirements for contract manufacturers.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Partner with PLM and Engineering on ECO, ECN, and BOM changes, ensuring accurate part-number transitions and current planning data.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Convert planning outputs and forecast changes into accurate ERP and PLM system-of-record data, while building dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership visibility.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Identify supply and forecast risks, run Clear-to-Build meetings, and drive cross-functional mitigation plans to close material shortages and keep builds on track.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Will Learn</strong></p> <ul> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">How next-generation AI hardware moves from engineering release through NPI ramp and steady-state production.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">How BOMs, ECOs, ECNs, forecasts, capacity, and materials planning connect across engineering, ERP, PLM, and manufacturing systems.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">How to manage supply constraints, single-source exposure, lead-time volatility, and contract manufacturer commitments in a fast-moving environment.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">How to build scalable planning processes, reporting, and operating rhythms that improve supply-demand alignment and inventory health.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Tenstorrent offers a highly competitive compensation package and benefits, and we are an equal opportunity employer.</em></p><div class="content-conclusi
