Tech Advisory Senior Consultant (m/w/d) at Trusteq Gmbh

As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) in the Tech Advisory area, you will take on a key role in complex transformation projects. You will support our clients in the digital and organizational evolution of their business models and processes - from strategy development through to operational implementation.
You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and change management, applying agile methodologies in a targeted and effective way. In transformation projects, you will play a central role by bringing structure, clarity, and strong execution capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks:

• Supporting transformation initiatives: Assisting clients in the structured development and optimization of organizations, processes, and ways of working
• Interface management between business and IT: Gathering, structuring, and aligning business requirements while ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives
• (Partial) project management: Independently planning, coordinating, and delivering projects with a strong focus on sustainable results
• Applying agile methodologies: Using agile ways of working and taking on relevant roles (e.g. Scrum Master or Product Owner) within projects
• Change management: Designing and supporting transformation processes, including stakeholder management and implementation support
• Process analysis and optimization: Identifying improvement opportunities and developing as well as implementing efficient, digitally enabled processes
• Management-level communication and reporting:  Conducting structured analyses and preparing content tailored to decision-makers and steering committees

We are looking for people with drive, a strong sense of responsibility, and a clear affinity for technology and transformation.
What you should bring to the role:

• A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3–5 years) in management consulting or in transformation/digitalization projects
• Certification in agile project management, ideally as a Scrum Master or Product Owner, as well as hands-on experience applying agile methodologies
• Strong technological understanding: Ability to translate modern technologies (Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity) into scalable IT architectures and digital platforms
• Project management expertise: Experience managing (sub-)projects, including planning, steering, and stakeholder communication
• Experience in transformation and change management: Ability to support organizational change in a structured way and ensure sustainable implementation
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel), along with strong presentation and communication abilities
• High level of initiative, strong teamwork skills, and a customer-oriented mindset
• You have very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)

• Supportive Team Culture: Team cohesion is important to us - we support one another and foster a healthy office culture. Our event team organizes regular after-work events to encourage exchange and connection beyond the workplace.
• Early Ownership & Responsibility: From day one, you will take on exciting tasks with real responsibility – whether on your project or by contributing to internal initiatives. You help shape the way we work.
• Clear Career Development Paths: You will find an environment that supports, challenges, and advances your professional growth. We offer clearly defined career paths and a transparent competency framework for every level.
• Creative Work Environment: We give you the freedom and time to develop creative solutions and provide the best, most modern hardware to support you (Apple or Windows).
• Employee Benefits: Flexible working models, a BahnCard, JobRad, Spendit card, Wellpass, and a company pension scheme contribute to your well-being. In addition, you’ll enjoy the best coffee from our new espresso machine and a fully stocked soft drinks fridge in the office.
• Attractive Vacation Policy: You benefit from 30 days of paid vacation per year and the flexibility to work from home.
