You will act as a vital business partner, translating data into strategy while leading the charge on global commissions forecasting to ensure our investments drive maximum growth.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>In this role, you’ll:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the strategic FP&A architect for the EMEA Sales leadership team.</li> <li>Own the global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for global sales commissions.</li> <li>Design advanced models to optimize sales productivity and GTM efficiency benchmarks.</li> <li>Drive resource allocation through data-backed insights and proactive decision support.</li> <li>Forge cross-functional alliances to identify margin drivers and scale cost-efficiency.</li> <li>Execute agile scenario planning and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.</li> <li>Synthesize complex financial metrics into clear, executive-level narratives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p> <p>Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!</p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role</li> <li>Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting</li> <li>Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights</li> <li>Comfortable working with ambiguity and problem-solving across multiple teams</li> <li>Ability to work independently and think strategically</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience</li> <li>Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <p>This role will be remote, working with a global
