About this role

Growth at Yubo moves fast, and we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon ! More channels, more markets, more experiments to run, and we need brains (and hands…) to make it happen. We're bringing in a third Growth Manager to grow the team's capacity and add a perspective on Gen Z that comes from living it, being molded by it.

We’ll get you started by getting hands-on with every channel we operate, learning how each and every single one of them works before claiming your own piece of the portfolio. From there, a whole new world of possibilities opens up: push creative testing further, chase down new partners, help us uncover growth where we haven't looked yet, and more.

You'll work shoulder to shoulder with the rest of the Growth team (that includes Creative), Product, and Data, all pulling in the same direction. If you want a role where your instincts, ideas, and results speak for themselves, this is it.

Your responsibilites

• User Acquisition & Paid Media Optimization: Manage and optimize a significant performance marketing budget across key acquisitoin channels, programmatic networks & emerging platforms. Scale acquisition and reactivation across multiple countries. Improve media buying, targeting, and creative to boost ROAS, using incrementality tests and attribution models. Help deploy automation and AI tools.

• Creative Optimization: Collaborate with the creative team to ideate, produce and scale creative concepts that resonate with our Gen Z audience. Own creative testing and iteration to improve the scale, efficiency and longevity of winning ideas.

• Growth Marketing: Support a multi-channel strategy that combines paid and brand marketing to drive organic, viral and referral loops. Contribute to ASO and lifecycle marketing to boost retention and monetization.

• Data-Driven Growth: Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to optimize funnels. Build dashboards and A/B testing processes. Stay ahead of privacy and adtech trends (e.g SKAN, AdAttributionKit).

• Collaboration: Work with senior growth team members, share best practices, and foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decisions.

Who you are

• You have around 3 years of solid, consolidated experience in growth marketing or user acquisition for a B2C consumer app.

• You have a genuine, native affinity with Gen Z culture and what makes it tick.

• You have experience or a strong connection with the US market, whether through studies or product marketing experience.

• You've scaled growth investment on at least one major social media platform and know how to read the results.

• You know how to collaborate with creative teams: identifying what works, and clearly explaining why.

• You have experience working with a martech stack, including custom audiences, conversion APIs, and MMP & SDK implementations and updates.

• You're autonomous, result-oriented, and bring strong business acumen to your decisions.

Within a month, you will

• Get to know Yubo's product, mission, and the Growth team's ways of working.

• Meet your key stakeholders across Growth, Creative, Product, and Data.

• Get onboarded on our tools and marketing stack, including Adjust, Amplitude and more

• Start learning how each of our acquisition channels currently operates.

Within 3 months, you will

• Fully own a portfolio of channels and campaigns to optimise in line with our performance guidelines

• Work to automate campaign and creative optimisation process

• Improve our usage of custom audience strategies across all channels

Within 6 months, you will

• Scale your portfolio to reach our strategic growth objectives

• Seek opportunities to further improve our growth operations by deploying AI tools

• Assist in developing our retargeting workflows for a more diversified approach
