Head of EMEA Marketing at Zip

Your Role

Zip is investing in EMEA, and we're looking for a Head of EMEA Marketing to build and lead our go-to-market marketing strategy across the region. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role: you'll set the regional marketing vision, adapt our global playbook to the realities of each market you serve, and build the field engine that helps sales close business across EMEA.

The ideal candidate has run field and regional marketing at a senior level, understands how to localize a global brand without losing what makes it work, and knows how to turn a marketing budget into quality pipeline.

You Will

• Own the EMEA marketing strategy. Build a regional marketing plan grounded in the market and cultural nuances of the countries you serve, aligned to overall business goals, and built to scale as the region grows.

• Localize what the US builds. Take content, assets, webinars, ads, and event formats developed by our US and corporate teams and adapt them so they land with customers across EMEA, adjusting for language, market maturity, buying behavior, and local business culture rather than translating word for word.

• Lead field and event programs. Plan, execute, and own a portfolio of hosted events, sponsorships, webinars, and community events across the region that generate pipeline and build lasting relationships with customers and partners.

• Drive pipeline with sales. Drive pipeline with sales. Partner directly with EMEA sales leadership on sponsorships, field events, executive dinners, direct mail, ABM programs, and custom experiences that build pipeline, move deals forward, and help close them.

• Partner across marketing. Work with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Growth Marketing to plan and execute campaigns, launches, and programs that feel consistent globally and relevant locally.

• Keep sales in lockstep. Build shared GTM calendars, campaign overviews, and enablement materials that give sales visibility into what's coming, what's running, and how it's performing.

• Measure and optimize. Track the impact of every program on pipeline generation, deal progression, and closed-won revenue, and use those insights to continuously sharpen the regional strategy.

• Manage the regional budget. Own the EMEA marketing budget and make the calls that drive the most pipeline and revenue impact out of every pound spent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field, event, or regional marketing experience, including senior or leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments at recognized brands.

• A track record of setting regional marketing strategy, not just executing against someone else's plan.

• Experience localizing marketing programs, content, or campaigns for multiple countries or markets, with a real understanding of regional and cultural nuance across EMEA.

• Proven ability to plan and run flagship conferences, executive dinners, and third-party sponsored trade shows.

• A results-driven mindset, with a track record of tying field and event programs to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

• Comfort managing a regional budget and making trade-offs to maximize ROI.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience aligning sales, marketing, and customer success around a shared plan.

• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple markets, priorities, and stakeholders at once.

• Willingness to travel across EMEA for events as needed (up to 40%).
