Field Marketing & Partnerships Manager at Cosuno

Your Mission

Cosuno is a B2B marketplace connecting general contractors and subcontractors across the construction industry. As our Field Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you'll build Cosuno's presence in the industry beyond our digital channels — trade fairs, conferences, partnerships and our own event formats. This isn't primarily an event-logistics role: you'll decide where Cosuno should show up, build formats and partnerships that make that presence matter, and turn every event and relationship into visibility, pipeline and proof points. You'll be one of the first to join the marketing lead in a lean marketing team: you'll shape how it operates as it scales, not just execute inside a fixed setup.

Your Responsibilities

• You shape event strategy alongside the marketing lead — identify and evaluate trade fairs, conferences and industry events worth Cosuno's time, and help build the annual calendar and budget priorities.

• You run events end-to-end — booths, logistics, suppliers, deadlines and on-site execution — working closely with Sales to bring the right prospects and customers into the room.

• You build Cosuno-owned formats — customer dinners, roundtables, breakfasts, workshops and webinars that bring customers, prospects and partners together.

• You build partnerships and industry relationships — media, associations, event organisers and commercial partners — finding ways to contribute expertise, not just sponsor or attend.

• You turn customers, experts and events into visibility — success stories, speaking, podcast and video opportunities, and reusable content for Marketing and Sales.

• You make it commercially valuable — target-account outreach with Sales, structured follow-up, and tracking what events and partnerships actually generate in relationships and pipeline, so no lead falls through the cracks.

What You Bring

• You've owned events, field marketing, community or partnerships in a B2B environment and can show the commercial impact they created — not just attendance numbers.

• You've organised or owned trade fairs, conferences or field-marketing programmes end-to-end.

• You move comfortably between strategy and execution — contributing to decisions on which events are worth Cosuno's time, then sorting the last logistics detail yourself.

• You're a strong communicator and relationship-builder, confident approaching customers, executives, partners and suppliers — and you can prepare and coach speakers.

• You have a strong sense for what makes an event feel well executed, not just organised, and you'd rather build from scratch than follow a playbook.

• You think beyond attendance numbers — relationships, opportunities and pipeline — and work effectively across Marketing, Sales and Customer teams.

• Fluent German and strong English.
