ennovationHUB is an expanding international e-commerce group specialising in the home & living sector, with furniture at the core of our offering. Through our hubs in Belgrade, Barcelona, and London, we serve customers throughout the UK, North America, the EU, and APAC.

As we work towards €160m+ in annual revenue by 2027, we are seeking a Senior Google Ads Specialist to join us as soon as possible. You will lead Google Ads performance for one of our portfolio brands, taking direct responsibility for revenue growth, advertising efficiency, and profitability.

You will be part of an international business operating multiple e-commerce brands, with substantial advertising investment across several markets. Working at this scale means your decisions will directly influence revenue and commercial results.

Google Ads already plays a significant role in our growth. We are looking for someone who enjoys navigating international e-commerce, working with large datasets, and uncovering opportunities that deliver measurable improvements.

Working alongside our Head of Performance Marketing, creative team, and data specialists, you will use analysis, experimentation, and hands-on optimisation to develop this established channel further. Your focus will be on maintaining strong current performance while supporting efficient growth over time.

What you will be responsible for:

• Own Google Ads performance across international markets for one of our e-commerce brands

• Run and optimise Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign formats

• Monitor and improve core performance measures, including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability

• Drive growth and improve advertising efficiency across your assigned portfolio

• Uncover opportunities within product ranges, categories, markets, and audience groups

• Turn campaign insights into clear recommendations and practical next steps

• Conduct account reviews and introduce continuous performance improvements

• Work with developers and analytics colleagues to maintain accurate tracking and reliable measurement

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to strengthen advertising effectiveness and landing page results

• Contribute to budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting

• Stay informed about platform updates, AI-powered advertising capabilities, and industry best practices

• Help develop structured tests and experiments that strengthen account performance over time

In-house e-commerce experience is a requirement for this position. Candidates whose Google Ads experience is primarily gained through agencies, consultancy, or freelance work will not be considered.

We are looking for someone who has owned performance within an e-commerce company, with results evaluated through revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and sustained growth.

You should understand how campaign performance connects to wider commercial goals and be comfortable taking responsibility for both decision-making and implementation.

What you will bring:

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns

• A proven record of managing Google Ads within an e-commerce business, with direct accountability for results and profitability

• Extensive practical knowledge of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns

• Experience working as part of an in-house e-commerce team

• The ability to analyse large datasets and identify opportunities that can be put into practice

• A solid grasp of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement

• Working familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center

• Strong analytical skills and a thorough approach to detail

• Fluency in spoken and written English

• The ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

• A curious, proactive approach and a commitment to ongoing improvement

• Confidence operating independently, making decisions, and owning the results

• A readiness to use AI and automation as we continue introducing them across the business

• Availability to start immediately or as soon as possible

Your working style:

You bring senior-level judgment while staying actively involved in campaign execution and performance. You draw clear conclusions from data and translate those findings into practical action.

You want to understand what drives results and regularly look for ways to improve them. You can move comfortably between longer-term planning and daily optimisation while keeping business growth and commercial outcomes in focus.

You enjoy developing and scaling campaigns, accepting responsibility for their performance, and helping an established channel continue to grow.

International collaboration and travel:

Our team works across London, Belgrade, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Oxfordshire, Istanbul, and Guangzhou. As the company grows, we are continuing to invest in our team presence.

The role includes travel approximately every 4–8 weeks to Belgrade, Barcelona, London, or other team locations. These visits provide time for joint planning, workshops, team gatherings, and strategic discussions.

Most work takes place remotely, complemented by regular opportunities to collaborate and plan together in person as the business scales.
