This is a senior leadership role with global scope: you'll set the strategy and vision for Fivetran's workplace experience across our 10 global office locations, and help drive engagement for all employees, including our remote workforce. In short, you'll help create amazing employee experiences everywhere Fivetran operates.</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">In this role, you'll own and scale the team that manages Fivetran's global offices and events, and you'll develop and continuously refine a robust, strategic plan for fully serviced office options (WeWork, etc.) across our footprint. Deep international experience is an absolute priority for this role, as is the judgment to operate as a strategic partner to the broader Employee Experience and Finance leadership teams. We're looking for that special leader who thrives leading and inspiring a team of dedicated Workplace professionals across geographies, and who wants to thoughtfully help remote employees feel a genuine sense of belonging and engagement.
