About the Role &nbsp;We are seeking a Senior Order Management Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will lead the operational reporting, data visualization, and governance frameworks for our global Order Management function. You will build and maintain real-time operational dashboards (Looker, Salesforce, NetSuite, Google Workspace), track team SLAs, govern exception queues, and ensure clean data flows across our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) ecosystem. You will work closely with our US-based OM Lead in Oakland, India-based OM Analysts, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, and Systems Engineering. Technologies You’ll Use <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Celigo, Looker / Power BI, Jira, Google Sheets (Advanced), Avalara, Zendesk, claude, chatgpt, gemini, Salesforce Billing</li> </ul> What You’ll Do <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Reporting &amp; Dashboard Ownership: Build, maintain, and own global Order Operations dashboards in Looker, Salesforce, and Google Sheets to track bookings QA, order cycle times, error trends, and SLA performance.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Status &amp; Exception Queue Governance: Manage daily triage of blocked sales orders, integration errors (Celigo/NetSuite), and amendment backlogs; drive root-cause resolution across cross-functional teams.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Order Validation &amp; Deal Review: Conduct final reviews of complex, closed/won opportunities in Salesforce CPQ for policy compliance, pricing accuracy, contract terms, and revenue recognition alignment.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Process Standardization &amp; SOPs: Maintain and refine test cases, validation ru
