ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Manager, International Events to execute our global live events strategy across Australia, Germany, Canada and the UK. Sitting at the intersection of brand strategy, creative production, and community engagement, this role is responsible for driving the day-to-day planning, resourcing, and execution of our international event roadmap. You will manage end-to-end production, implement guest management strategies, track performance metrics, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every event is amplified globally and executed flawlessly.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Roll out and flawlessly execute the international events roadmap across all active markets, translating high-level strategy into actionable on-site plans
- Coordinate immediate event resourcing, including the sourcing and onboarding of local contractors, production agencies, and catering/venue vendors
- Manage the day-to-day logistics, travel, and scheduling for instructors and talent participating in international activations
- Deliver the physical execution of live events, bringing pre-defined global creative concepts to life in ways that are unique, memorable, and culturally relevant
- Coordinate a dynamic, fast-moving calendar of live activations, including flagship experiences anchored at Peloton Studios London, instructor-led events, brand pop-ups, and community gatherings (including Run Clubs and fitness meetups)
- Implement and manage the tactical workflows for ticketing, RSVP platforms, and invite strategies across diverse target audiences (VIPs, media, influencers, high-value members, and community)
- Lead end-to-end on-site operations including attendee check-in processes, crowd management, venue setup, VIP hospitality workflows, and live troubleshooting, to guarantee seamless execution
- Oversee legal requirements, contract negotiations, and venue permits for all international events to ensure full regulatory compliance
- Collaborate daily with local and global cross-functional peers (Marketing, PR, Social, Content, Commercial) to drive 360-degree event amplification across digital and media channels
- Monitor, track, and report on established key performance indicators (KPIs) measuring attendance, community engagement, and localized feedback to inform future event iterations
- Track day-to-day event expenses, processing vendor invoices, and ensuring individual activation spend remains strictly within pre-allocated financial parameters
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Proven experience managing end-to-end event execution and producing experiential campaigns across global markets (specifically within Australia, Germany, Canada, the UK, or new expansion territories)
- Demonstrated experience managing event resourcing, including contractor oversight, staffing allocation, and production coordination
- Hands-on experience executing guest management, ticketing, and invite strategies across diverse target audiences
- Strong financial discipline with experience tracking event budgets and monitoring project KPIs
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with PR, Marketing, Social, and Content teams to support event promotion and digital amplification
- Background in producing a variety of live consumer events, ranging from studio activations and brand pop-ups to community-led gatherings
- Experience coordinating direct international vendor networks, cross-border logistics, venue permitting, and regional data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with cross-cultural competency; German language proficiency is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and event management technology platforms (e.g., Splash, Eventbrite, or custom registration systems)
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed and flexibility to work non-standard hours (early mornings, evenings, and weekends) to support live events and collaborate across global time zones
