You will provide support for commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, Twitch esports productions, and various marketing activations. This role is an excellent opportunity to join Twitch’s close-knit legal team, build relationships with counterparts at Amazon legal, and have fun tackling the complex issues of our user community. </p> <p>You can work from San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA or Seattle, WA.</p> <h3><strong>You Will:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Draft and negotiate agreements for software, SAAS, advertising, production, talent, content, marketing and other commercial transactions.</li> <li>Counsel our teams on many legal and business issues, including rights and clearances.</li> <li>Coordinate with diverse partners, including esports, procurement, business development, partnerships, marketing, sales, and finance. </li> <li>Collaborate with legal team members to improve processes and ensure business demands are satisfied.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>You Have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; </li> <li>3+ years of experience navigating commercial transactions, preferably in the digital space</li> <li>Experience drafting and closing commercial agreements and improving contracting processes.</li> <li>Ability to work independently while also contributing successfully to cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Sound judgment even in ambiguous situations</li> <li>Strong communication and analytical skills</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Bonus Points</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Prior experience on a legal team at a media, internet, or technology company</li> <li>Knowledge of Twitch, including esports / gaming, UGC services, and digital media business trends</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Perks</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance</li> <li>401(k)</li> <li>Maternity & Parental Leave</li> <li>Flexible PTO</li> <li>Amazon Employee Discoun</li> </ul> <p><em>Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.</em> </p> <p>Job ID: TW9216</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The base salary range for this position is listed below.
