Localization is at the heart of our mission to connect creators with their communities on a global scale.</p> <p>We're looking for a Localization Program Manager to own the operational core of our localization program — vendor coordination, content workflows, quality processes, and launch execution across 29 languages. You'll join a lean team of senior professionals who operate as strategic partners to Product and Engineering and focus on bringing global users a native experience. Strong performers can take on increasing scope over time.</p> <p>You can work from San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA.</p> <h3><strong>You Will:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage end-to-end localization into 29 languages, including launches that require creative asset localization, terminology building and testing</li> <li>Monitor continuous localization operations while identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.&nbsp;</li> <li>Run and evolve localization quality processes: coordinate testing, build LQA workflows and propose improvements based on data.&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor and improve translation quality output by developing and maintaining linguistic assets</li> <li>Influence upstream content operations for seamless, context-rich translations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build localization metrics reports (turnaround, quality scores, cost per word)&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><strong>You Have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of localization project/program management experience</li> <li>Experience managing stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies</li> <li>Experience with enterprise&nbsp;localization tools, translation management platforms&nbsp; (Smartling, memoQ, Phrase or similar), and&nbsp;developing and maintaining linguistic assets and workflows</li> <li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication</li> <li>Native speaker of one additional language</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Bonus Points</strong></h3> <ul> <li>An analytical mindset, with the ability to visualize data, connect the dots, and turn localization insights into decisions that drive business and tooling outcomes.</li> <li>Native French, German, Chinese or Japanese preferred</li> <li>Experience designing and implementing scalable localization processes and technical automation</li> <li>Track record of building localization programs from scratch or through transformation</li> <li>Experience evaluating MT/LLM quality in production workflows</li> <li>Solid understanding of localization metrics and data manipulation</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Perks</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision &amp; Disability Insurance</li> <li>401(k)</li> <li>Maternity &amp; Parental Leave</li
