In this role, you will act as the glue between business strategy, technology, and user experience. You don't just manage tasks; you will drive product vision, prioritize the most valuable features, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority to deliver products that users love.</p> <h2><strong>Who will love this job</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Customer Obsessed:</strong> Puts the user first, practicing continuous discovery and using empathy to identify real pain points rather than just building what sales or internal stakeholders demand.</li> <li><strong>Ruthless Prioritizer:</strong> Focuses on impactful outcomes over outputs, making the tough calls on what moves the needle and tactfully saying "no" to features that don't align with the North Star metric.</li> <li><strong>Influences Without Authority:</strong> Because Product Managers do not manage engineers or designers directly, they lead by building credibility, aligning diverse teams, and clearly communicating the "why" behind the product roadmap.</li> <li><strong>Data-Driven Decision Marker:</strong> Uses metrics as a critical input to validate ideas, measure success, and iterate, balancing quantitative data with strong product intuition.</li> <li><strong>Delivers Impact</strong>: Strong understanding of how to quickly deliver impactful products to market and continuously driving growth and adoption to deliver meaningful results.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Discovery:</strong> Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to uncover untapped opportunities and validate core product hypotheses.</li> <li><strong>MVP &amp; Validation:</strong> Design rapid experiments (prototypes) to validate ideas quickly, mitigate risks, and define your "Minimum Viable Product".</li> <li><strong>Product-Market Fit:</strong> Analyze usage data and feedback post-launch to rapidly iterate. Lead the "Go/No-Go" decisions on scaling or pivoting the product.</li> <li><strong>Roadmap Ownership:</strong> Define the strategic roadmap and North Star metrics, balancing trade-offs across engineering, design, and business constraints.</li> <li><strong>Risk &amp; Issue Management:</strong> Identify, assess, and resolve potential roadblocks or risks, executing mitigation strategies when issues arise.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership:</strong> Lead multidisciplinary, cross-functional squads of engineers, designers, and data scientists (without direct line management) to ship features rapidly.</li> <li><strong>Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:</strong> Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to develop pricing, positioning, and long-term unit economic models.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You should have</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with at least 3+ years focused on 0-to-1 product development, startup environments, or founding PM roles ideally in B2B SaaS or regulated industry (FinTech, HRTech, Healthcare). Previous experience as a Software Engineer is not a requirement but a plus.</li> <li><strong>Ambiguity Mastery:</strong> Thrives in undefined environments where the path forward is not mapped out.</li> <li><strong>Lean Methodology:</strong> Expert-level understanding of Lean Startup methodologies, experiment design, and data instrumentation.</li> <li><strong>Technical Depth:</strong> Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understand technical architectures, and evaluate technical trade-offs.
